Wayne has an extensive background in the health and fitness industry with a focus on improved performance, musculoskeletal pain & rehabilitation.
Wayne is an acupuncturist, remedial massage therapist and personal trainer. His extensive experience includes work as a gym based fitness instructor and he is a martial arts instructor with over 20 years experience.
Wayne’s experience includes working with elite level athletes (including Athens 2004 medal winners). Wayne has an ongoing commitment to providing excellent practical skills coupled with up to date theoretical knowledge. His training and therapeutic philosophy are based on a multidisciplinary approach to the achievement of overall health and well-being.
Wayne is currently in Japan and is only available on a limited basis for one on one personal training and clinical massage services in the near future.
