I have an extensive background in the health and fitness industry with a focus on life-long health and longevity, strength and conditioning and improved body composition.

I am a fitness coach and martial arts instructor. My extensive experience includes time as a gym instructor, a remedial massage therapist and my involvement in the martial arts spans over 30 years which includes coaching Muay Thai/kickboxing and boxing in Japan.

My experience includes working with elite level athletes (including Athens 2004 medal winners). I have an ongoing commitment to providing excellent practical skills coupled with up to date theoretical knowledge. My training and health philosophy is based on a multidisciplinary approach to the achievement of overall health and well-being.

Since returning from my time in Japan, life has been “interesting” to say the least. Currently I am doing semi-private fitness coaching and looking after my amazing daughter. I am also available on a limited basis for martial arts instruction.
