Wayne has been involved in the martial arts since the mid 1970s. In that time he has trained extensively in a number of styles and have taught such skills as boxing, kickboxing, trapping, grappling and weapons.

“I have an open minded approach to the martial arts and am still learning.” Wayne generally teaches on a one to one or small group basis and can structure a individualised training program based on your individual requirements.

Another option that many people enjoy is to incorporate boxing or kickboxing as a cardio training element within a personal training session.
