I have been involved in the martial arts since the mid 1970s. In that time I have trained extensively in a number of styles and have taught such skills as qigong, boxing, kickboxing, trapping, grappling and weapons.

“I have an open minded approach to the martial arts and am still learning.” I generally teach on a one to one or small group basis and can structure a individualised training program based on your individual requirements.

Another option that many people enjoy is to incorporate boxing or kickboxing as a cardio training element within a personal training session.
